Research
Mr. Elremaily is a Ph.D. candidate in the Civil Engineering
department at UNL. He is also a registered Professional Engineer
in the State of Nebraska. His current research is the development
of design criteria for connection of steel beam to concrete-filled-tube
column in high seismic regions. Mr. Elremaily's areas of expertise
include large scale testing, finite element modeling of nonlinear
structures, and dynamic analysis and seismic design of buildings.
