Professor
and Chairman of the Department of Civil Engineering
University of Nebraska-Lincoln
Dr. Moore served as a faculty member in the Civil Engineering
department at Auburn University (1971-1984) and at the University
of Kansas (1984-1997). Dr. Moore is a fellow of the American
Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE); D-4 & D-18 Committee member
in the American Society for Testing & Materials (ASTM), American
Society for Engineering Education (ASEE), and the Association
of Asphalt Paving Technologists(AAPT). Dr. Moore serves as
the chair of Geomaterials Section, Transportation Research
Board (TRB); An ASCE Representative for the Engineering Accrceditation
Commission (EAC) of the Accreditation Board for Engineering
& Technology (ABET).
